Bixx And The Eagles

This is a fantasy novel geared towards Primary Elementary learners. Its theme addresses a "what if" possibility as soaring through the sky safely gripped in the talons of a Bald eagle who adventures through the Western Canada skies. Such learning techniques target young learners to allow their minds to listen then reflect through fantasy possibilities.

The learning format uses simple language critical to support literary understanding through story telling and oral communication for cognitive growth. This also scaffolds in the development of spontaneous inquiry into Canadian geography and to contextualize characters and activities associated within such spaces. It plays upon imaginary cognition children are known to naturally hone as their creative gift.

Such pedagogical techniques are essential tools used by Educators to build literacy schema through diverse strands of learning. Ultimately, the goal is to allow the elementary student to enjoy learning through story telling while developing confidence to communicate ideas, grow aware of culture and participate in informal discord.

Bixx And the Eagles is also an opportunity to build Canadian geographic knowledge and awareness. Learners can now research and/or visualize these West Coast scenes towards desires for travel and positive citizenship.
