She expects the drastic shift between being a high school teacher and taking over as the manager of her aunt's bed-and-breakfast will come with challenges. But stumbling upon the body of a local baker near the dumpster is something else entirely.

Thrust into a new career in the wake of her aunt's death, Sadie attempts to learn all she can about the business to reopen Blue Skies B&B after a temporary closure.

Figuring out how to handle the bad press about a body on-site is no small headache. The conundrum of choosing a new bakery to provide exclusive breakfast goods is an even bigger dilemma. Caught between rival bakers and townsfolk who seem too possessive and nosy for their own good, Sadie hopes for a smooth reopening.
