The book analyses linguistic data and information of modern Bengali as found in a text corpus. It presents methods of Bengali corpus generation and processing (e.g., frequency counting, concordance, lemmatization, key-word-in-context, collocation, annotation, parsing etc.); analyzes the form and function of characters; and explores the structural intricacies of words belonging to different parts-of-speech.
