Die Interventionswirkung wird dabei in erster Linie als Präklusionswirkung verstanden, deren grundsätzlicher Umfang sich nicht allein aus § 68 Hs. 1 ZPO, sondern aus beiden Halbsätzen des § 68 ZPO ergibt. Anhand anschaulicher Beispielsfälle werden ihre Voraussetzungen und ihre Reichweite in objektiver und subjektiver Hinsicht bestimmt. Daran schließt sich die Darstellung ihrer Berücksichtigung im Folgeprozeß, insbesondere im Berufungs-, Revisions- und Wiederaufnahmeverfahren an. Abschließend geht die Autorin der Frage nach, inwieweit die Regeln der Drittbeteiligung und ihre Folgen auch im selbständigen Beweisverfahren Anwendung finden.
