Educational Interventions

"Educational Interventions", volume 14 of "Advances in Learning and Behavioral Disabilities", addresses new developments in areas relevant to the education of individuals with learning and behavioral disabilities. A prominent feature of this volume is an extensive and comprehensive meta-analysis of 180 intervention studies involving students with learning disabilities, provided by H. Lee Swanson and Maureen Hoskyn. A chapter by Maria Chiara Passolunghi and Cesare Cornoldi describes difficulties in word problem solving with respect to working memory and cognitive ability.
