First Friday Fever

In this book, I highlight the general conditions and rules under which to trade the United States Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) report in the global financial market based on research of past NFP news reports. I simplify the strategy, entry, stop loss, and take profit targets with at least seven frequently occurring chart examples using price action concepts and without any trading indicators.

This book is particularly best suited for beginner traders and contains easy-to-understand price action concepts. I teach how to identify levels on the chart that will serve as strong support or resistance areas using just your eyes and a line tool. You will monitor the NFP news release and enter the trade only on the 5-minute timeframe using the algorithmic setup you see on the 5-minute chart. This is because the NFP news release time, 8:30 am Eastern Time, is a major determinant of price movement in the market. This time window is one of the specific conditions under which institutions execute large orders. Volume comes from catalyst. This time period provides it.

First Friday Fever has been divided into two parts. The first part focuses on my trading experience over the years, daily life routines that are valuable for trading success, as well as the NFP setups and how to trade them. The second part throws more light on the higher timeframes, conducting a proper top-down analysis of the chart and what to look out for before entering a trade. This section also includes day trading models used by other traders, why it works, and why it fails.
