Gumball Gus

Gumball Gus is the adventure. Everything he does entertains the other kids in his class. He was assumed to be a bully by many of the children, because he never once shared his gumballs with anyone else. He was bigger than the rest of his class at school, too. Everything was fine until Gus broke a very important rule. By breaking this rule, the adventure begins on the same day the teachers organize a fair for the kids on the playground. Just as Miss Car, the kids' first grade teacher, tried to take Gumball Gus's gum away, he blew a bubble so big it sent him floating high above the teacher's head. Let the fun begin! The story screams fun and excitement as well as concern for Gumball Gus's safety. There are lessons about assuming things about people before you really know them as well as following the rules. When Gumball Gus landed in a sticky place, the sticky situation and the events that led to it, became so clear to everyone. We should always follow the rules. It also teaches kids to share and how to make friends. I know many children and parents will enjoy this story.
