The Hammock Maker

Drawn to the unassuming little shop on the twelfth day of each month, twelve strangers entered the gallery. The older gentleman who owned the shop had been kind; his gentle wisdom and calm resolve settled their troubled souls. Something about him gave them hope, a feeling of peace, and a sense of knowing they have come to the right place. They had no way of knowing who he was, only that he'd created all the hammocks gently swaying among the rafters, as well as those beautifully displayed along the walls. Lives in turmoil and spirits adrift, one by one they came seeking a gift. But little did they know that the simple gift they sought would ultimately hold the key to the mystery surrounding the strange events about to take place in their lives. Years later, standing in the presence of the Hammock Maker, they realize he is more than what they remembered him to be. And twelve souls, who once were strangers, now live their lives intertwined - forever linked by the gift from The Hammock Maker. Teresa Millsap resides in Florida with Ed, her husband of twenty-five years. Between them, they have three grown children: two daughters, and a son, as well as three grandsons. Her greatest passion is writing and her family.
