The Headless Armor

Jake Cadden's magical black rock is glowing again-and this time, it carries him from a medieval fair into a kingdom where empty suits of armor can walk.

The legendary Headless Armor once protected Ironvale. Now its helmet is missing, metal objects are disappearing, and enchanted armor has begun stealing weapons from the castle. Everyone believes the Headless Armor has turned against the kingdom.

Joined by Owen, a young blacksmith who dreams of becoming a knight, Jake sets out to find the missing guardian. Their search takes them across a crumbling bridge guarded by metal-eating creatures and into an abandoned fort filled with enchanted armor. But the clues don't make sense, and Jake begins to wonder if they are chasing the wrong enemy.

Someone is gathering enough armor to create an unstoppable army. To save Ironvale, Jake and Owen must uncover the truth, recover the missing helmet, and discover what it really means to be brave.

The Headless Armor is an exciting chapter-book adventure for readers ages 7-10. Each adventure can be enjoyed on its own.
