"Yo, Tyrania" is a raucous satire about an ancient civilization brought kicking and screaming into the 21st century. It's the comic flip side of "Animal Farm." The story is set in a remote Alpine principality ruled by a mischievous teen-age Queen Doreen, who commandeers a touring African American teacher to help modernize her backward land.
