Kit

Kit Garland made himself a promise a long time ago: nothing serious, no marriage, no kids. He didn't factor in a drunken night with his best friend, resulting in his son, and he definitely didn't expect to meet a stranded American on a snowy country lane who would turn his whole life upside down. When Ollie's mum reveals a secret that blows her world apart, Ollie acts on impulse, boarding a flight to England with little more than a carry-on bag and her passport. She's on a mission to find out who she really is, but a motoring mishap puts her in the path of a gorgeous mechanic who seems determined to help.Kit knows Ollie isn't staying, so what's the harm in getting close while he helps her complete her mission? The problem is, the closer they get, the harder saying goodbye seems, and when Ollie's truth ties her to Kit in ways he never expected, saying goodbye becomes impossible.
