Snail Express

It’s time to get a move on with Snail Express from Petit Collage!

In this snail-paced mail race, players help their busy Snail Carriers collect and send letters and parcels as fast as they can. Roll the die and decide where to move. If you land on a letter or a parcel, pop it in the postbox. Or aim for an Express Delivery Stamp to zip your way straight to a letter! Be careful to avoid the other players’ mail, though, because if you post their parcel, they’ll get the points. And be sure to play nice because if anyone rolls the depot icon, they can send another player’s snail straight back to the start! When all the letters have been sent, the player with the most mail in the postbox is the winner.

Perfect for 2–4 players, ages 4+, playing this game will help kids to learn the values of patience, focus, and winning and losing with grace.

The game is made using FSC paper and wood, and the packaging is printed using 75% recycled materials and vegetable inks.

AIM OF THE GAME:
It’s time to get a move on! Help your Snail Carrier collect and send letters and parcels of their color while trying to avoid posting their opponents’ mail.

SETUP:
Place the letters on the white gameboard squares, the parcels on squares of matching color, and the Express Delivery Stamps and postbox at the side of the board. Choose your Snail Carrier and place it on its matching depot. You’re ready to play!

HOW TO PLAY:
Roll the die and move your Snail Carrier that number of spaces. You can choose to move up, down, left, or right, but only in a straight line—snails don’t zig-zag!
If you land on a letter or a parcel, pop it in the postbox! You’ll only earn points for mail that matches your snail’s color, though, so watch where you move. If you roll the Express icon, you can use Express Delivery Stamps to earn bonus points!
If you roll the depot icon, you can send another player’s snail back home to start again but don’t forget that they can do the same to you.
When all the letters on the board have been posted, it’s time to sort the mail! Earn 1 point per letter, 2 points per parcel, and 3 points for Express Delivery. The player with the most points wins the Snail Express race.
