There could be so many reasons for these failures, and the significant one is software processes. These organizations lack a knowledge-base to survive the failures and sustain the processes. This book provides a new approach for software process improvement program which is driven by the proposed knowledge driven model, and is customizable as per the organization's profile, nature of product, types of people.
