It further identifies gaps in existing Telecommunication laws, policy and regulations and assesses the implication of the gaps which the telecommunication operators take advantage of and in the end consumers end up carrying the burden. Primarily the Book is intended to reveal the gaps left and recommends the ways of improving so that the telecommunication consumer in Tanzania can be well protected in the end.
