Juliana's Decision

The book is erotic only because it is a fantasy about a non-traditional subject. It is a love story between two individuals who live their lives as a female pet and her owner. The language is mild and the book is not pornographic. The lifestyle is a fantasy and is non-traditional. There are no actual sex scenes, but there are discussions about female anatomy.
Juliana is faced with a life changing dilemma. The authorities in her world require that all persons register to be drafted when they turn eighteen. After they are registered, males and females are placed in a lottery system to be drafted for government service if the need ever arises. She does not keep up with current political events and failed to register last year.
However, when they fail to register after they turn eighteen, males and females are forced to register immediately. During this forced registration, they must undergo a physical examination. They are tagged with an identification marking and a GPS locator is inserted under their skin for location purposes. Males are usually sentenced to a life of forced labor, and females are transformed into a pet with few cognitive abilities to become someone's pet.
The authorities have finally recognized Juliana's mistake and have notified her to report to be registered. She is horrified to learn the consequences of her failure to register. After the forced registration process, she will be temporarily released to await her trial date. The sentence will likely result in the loss of her freedom. They will remove most of her cognitive abilities and sell her as a pet at an auction.
She begins to research everything she can find concerning the life of a female pet. She is horrified to learn that she will always be naked in life with few decision-making abilities and be owned by a stranger. She cannot accept that, and tries to learn about any alternatives.
She and her boyfriend, who she has not informed of her dilemma, accidentally discover a conversion kit that can be used to remove her cognitive abilities without the government's interference. Her boyfriend can perform the procedure and then become her owner. All she has to do is tell him about her problem and plead with him to transform her and become her owner.
She becomes enamored with the idea that she will rebel against the government's authority and live her life with David as his pet. She also begins to accept the life of being naked and being led around while walking on all fours and being restrained by a leash.
She is successful in her attempts and becomes his naked pet. The story describes her relationship in life with David and the happiness that they endure.
