As the story of Summer Ray continues, the saga begins to dive deeper into historical American events, that in modern day, still causes division. I am absolutely against the darkest days of our history. But I am also profoundly and forever grateful, to the brave men and women who helped to gain and to those who help to keep our freedoms. Although this is a ficitional story, Summer struggles with real emotional trauma. This from a tragic car accident in her early twenties. With a warped mindset, her self-esteem and self-worth were lost. She has yet to understand that her disabilities do not make her value any less. But the General McDaniels rejection of her once again, only reinforced it. Sadly, he is just as damaged. What they both need is to run to the LIGHT and now away from HIM.
