This book A Holistic Approach to Community Preparedness is designed for everyone with a wealth of information on how you can play a part in your communitys preparedness plan. It embraces the roles of everyone, especially families in getting their homes prepared and also making plans for seniors, disabled, those with special needs and of course, your pets. Everyone has a part to play and the 21st century truly has numerous threats to our lives, be it man-made or natural. One great aspect is showing the role spirituality plays in helping one remain resilient amidst crises that occur, personally or in our communities. Helping people have an emergency plan and a communication plan along with other aspects of preparedness, is key in helping communities prepare.God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble...--Psalm 46
